EE contract issues, please help.

Hi, been a member here years but can't remember my log in, anyway....

I've been having signal issues at home on my EE 4G contract, I was with orange but they moved me over to there 4G service for free an that's where my problem started.

At home I get no service atall, After 6 weeks of terrible customer service they agreed to send me a signal box of which they had no stock, after another 2 weeks of waiting and another phone call they have agreed to cancel my contract early free of charge BUT they want my iPhone 5 back which will leave me with nothing, I did buy the phone as an early upgrade and contributed towards the handset cost so can they do this or am within my rights to keep the phone?

Yes, you can keep the phone, but then their offer will be removed.

Your choice, send the phone back and cancel (and then you can get another one elsewhere) or keep the phone and complete your contract.

They don't have to allow you a penalty free early termination.

Negotiate further and ask for your payment towards the phone to be reimbursed on return.
