I managed to log in without the card reader the 1st time.

Could someone pm me and tell me what the 2 memorable data questions are please. I should have noted when I registered.
I know one of them but would be good to know the other.

I thought they also sent the customer no with the card reader as well as on its own.

I re-registered yesterday and got an email saying that my customer number and pass number would be posted to me within the next few days. However, my debit card PIN arrived today and I managed to log in using the card reader. I sent a payment of 1p from my Santander account which arrived immediately. However, I then sent another payment of £2499.99 which hasn't arrived yet, worryingly! I don't know whether the delay is with Santander or Nationwide and it might be something to do with the fact that it's a highish value payment to a new payee. However, Santander sent me a code to key in to enable the transfer to go. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Maybe sending the 0.01 over first then sending the larger amount has been flagged up on their systems as potential fraud - so they may be just double checking it's all legit.

    Very likely.
They will probably be ringing your home phone number.

I think that's quite likely but I haven't had a call from them as yet. They did send a code to my mobile phone when I sent the first payment, as it was a new payee. I'll have to give them a call, although I expect I'll get a stock answer that it can take a day or so. Also wondering if it's anything to do with the fact that I have made 2 transfers to the same beneficiary on the same day. I don't think there's anything that says you shouldn't though.
