Monarch deny liability as the aircraft was deemed unservicable and unsafe due to a defect to the trim air hose duct.
they say the dealy was an extraordinary circumstance and refuse to honour my claim.
Piffle. I will pursue via the small claims court.
Anyone else fobbed off with this excue?
Any advice?
