What are your working hours?

I was just curious as to how many people ACTUALLY do 9-5 monday to friday.
I currently do the 9-5 M-F but i'm changing it to compressed so get 1 day off every two weeks (7 9-6 shifts over 2 weeks, 2 9-5 and a day in lieu).
Previous in an old job i did all sorts, 10-6 one week, 12-8 another, 10-4 on a saturday etc and people with children weren't exempt from the shift pattern to spend more time with the sprogs. It was like it or lump it.

My OH works full time 9.30-5.30, Monday to Friday.
This arrangement fits in with our 2.5 year old as I look after him on Thursdays and Fridays.

Am very much looking forward to a holiday without any form of technology.0 -
40hrs a week working from home.. but no specific times for working. I usually do 9ish to 5.30ish, with a little bit of work in the evenings (although i was replying to emails at 11.45pm last night). It's nice because i can shoot off for doctors appointments/haircuts/naps and no one notices or cares.
It sounds cushy until you end up working for a customer in Australia and have to start conference calls at 11pm, then reply to your emails at 6am (before they leave their office)0 -
i usually do 9-6 mon/fri with an hour lunch0

37.5 hours, over 5 out of 7 days, shift can be anytime between 7am and 8pm during the week (there are a couple of days a week when it could start at 6.30am), weekend hours are 8 till 6 Saturday and 10 to 4 Sunday.
Currently only do 1 weekend a month, but that does mean I end up working 7 days straight through when I have done a weekend in.0 -
8.30 - 4.30 as that fits with train times, other people in the department do 9-5 or 9.30-5.30 to extend cover at the beginning and end of the day0
