Depending on your location, phone and the type of building you are in, you could substitute O2, T-Mobile, Orange or 3 for Vodafone.

Actually, you could substitute the name of any network in the world.

Having said that, if you can't make calls anywhere, you might want to get your phone checked, it's probably faulty.

How do you get "dropped calls" if you "can't make phone calls"?

Pointless rant. I had no trouble with Vodafone, but couldn't get signals at home from Orange or T-Mobile.

That didn't make T-Mobile crap - my friends who use T-Mobile on their handsets get decent reception in their houses.

Very poor opening post to this forum showing a lack or understanding or experience of mobile networks!

no, YOU dont get the service, not WE

im also with vodafone, and i've never had a dropped call.

But it sounds more like your phone than the network

Wow, what an informative, eloquent, interesting, well-written post.
I'm never using Vodafone again for sure.

    Hi paspas,

I'm sorry to see that you're not happy with us.

For further help with network related queries I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps in the Network Issues thread on our eForum.

Although I can't provide you with a link to it due to the posting guidelines which company representatives are obliged to follow, you'll find the thread in the eForum's Network Updates section.

If you come across a thread where your area has already been mentioned could you post a link to the thread so I can chase things up?

If you'd like to discuss your account further, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

    Lee
