hi everyone, about 1 month ago i tried to get a vodaphone contract for my partner as he wasnt able due to being denied when they did a credit check. They emailed to say i failed the credit check and would not get the contract. My partner then got one through a different company, just today i have checked my emails and received one saying the phone is ready for collection. What should i do now, please help!!

Don't be apathetic, doing nothing might end up causing a problem for you.

Ring them and let them know you have an alternative and no longer want their service.

    Hi laurajane1,

Thanks for making me aware of this.

If you'd like any help from me could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

    Lee
