I recently ordered some pew end pull bows from a seller on eBay for my upcoming wedding. The listing stated I could chose 3 colours from their chart so I chose 2 shades of purple and a yellow. If they have sent an invoice for a service rather than goods, I would still phone Paypal, you may not get your money back but it could stop the sellers seeing off other people.
The ribbon you photographed is definitely not purple.
