Vietnamese dong is a closed currecy so unless you know someone whos just come back from there or know some vietnamese people you wont be able to get it.

    Pay in US Dollars.

    $1 = 21,000 Dong.

Or withdraw dong from the airport ATM.

Use only Techcombank ATMs and make sure that you have a fee free card.

M&S do Dong. However you can use Dollars like stated and then withdraw Dong at cash points. I found the HSBC machines to be the best when I was there in April.
What's gone will never come back. But it exists when you think of it ...

If you're in London, Thomas Exchange do it as I got some there last summer. You have to check if they have any available first but I only got a small amount to cover taxis etc when I first arrived.
