yes they do..i am still using them on cpw o2 contract and they are coming out of inclusive minutes. i also checked with cs and they confirmed that only o2 had stopped them not cpw o2. it is a brand new contract so things could not have changed already?

Oh man, this has been covered like a 1000 times on here. Please do a search on the forums, you will get your answers.

In brief, the answer to your question is yes and no. It depends when you signed up to your contract and what tariff.

This what CPW now say on their site.

    http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/commerce/servlet/gben-server-PageServer?ARTICLE=MAIN.UK.INTERNET.STATIC.O2NETWORK.MAIN.PAYM#chart

"Minutes do not include calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers which are charged at 25p/min, or calls to non geographic numbers (0800, 0808, 0505, 0500, 0844, 0845, 0870, 060) which are charged at 20p/min, except 0871 numbers which are charged at 35p/min and premium rate (09) numbers where special charges apply. "

So new contracts Dont include them.

If you call them again they may say something different. The test is to ask them to write down what they say and send it to you.

CPW is on thing and O2, Orange, 3, Vodafone, etc is another thing.
No matter where you buy your mobile your contract is with the mobile operator....
In other words if O2 is not offering 08 numbers with the inclusive minutes, it will be like this no matter where you buy you mobile from (CPW, The Link, Phone4U, etc), just check the mobile operator's website...
