Hi Sarah, Ive got a question for you if I may. I remember not so long back that you mentioned that you would declare to CTCs that your salary had been reduced by ex amount due to your salary sacrifice and you would therefore receive an increase in CTCs. Did it work???
Yeah I called them, but they said it wouldn't make any difference..... probably because our joint income in just over £50k....... Bloody hell, where does all that money go each month!?!

    Hi Sar
Does your S's have pink mugs wth spots on?
how do u find the basics stuff?
Have heard its really good but S's is about 20 odd miles from me.
Wondered if it was worth a try?
The only thing I don't really like are the bread (seems to go dry really quickly)... everything else that I've tried is absolutly fine.... OH is currently using Basics showergel in his Radox tube, and shampoo in his Herbal Essences bottle :D I guess you would have to weigh up the money saved Vs the fuel to get there.... maybe if you're passing it one day you could pop in and try some bits out....? I would suggest online, but I don't know if they do discount codes here like they do for Tesco

Don't know about the mugs, I will look in the morning.

Just applied, and got accepted for a 0% Sainsburys CC (12months on all Sainsburys purchases, plus double Nectar points) so time to do a little stoozing in order to pay my debts of a bit quicker, or at least make a bit of money..... limit is only estimated at £2900 so can't go too mad, but should be able to make a couple of hundred quid in the process.
Good job I work at JS too :)

Or really mess with OH's head and transfer his balance onto it and then close down his Egg card???
    Or is that too evil?

What am I supposed to do with Nectar points - tesco ones I understand - use them for the deals etc... Nectar just rack up but not sure what to do with them and getting a bit worried they might go if JS decide a waste of time as Barclaycard and Debenhams have dropped them - any ideas? I think I have about 12000 and Mrs. B-B has about 25000

Very rarely I get a leaflet telling me I can buy a golfing day or a hairdryer  I get the feeling you must be able to get some value out of them but so many retailers have dropped out and our local JS don't really do promotions (and are our most expensive and disorganised (no milk or bread often) supermarket) that I'm not getting any new points nad I don't see why JS still bother with them other than that other supermarkets have loyalty cards... bit concerned they may notice that they aren't bothered and a lot of their customers aren't
