Having just received a letter from those lovely people at 'Highway', I was just wondering if a spelling mistake was grounds for exemption? Especially when it's the last letter of your surname! :-)

Should I write to them using that as the basis for the initial complaint?

Many thanks for the excellent templates on this thread too. I'm sure they'll come in useful for my inevitably long-winded battle with the thieving scum.
