As or the lamb, was thinking maybe kebabs so have been looking for a nice marinade, there's 3 bags of it somewhere in the freezer so will continuing seeking out inspiration.. This is my downfall, so much stuff in just lack inspiration on what to do with it and however lovely my stews are I'm bored of the same thing! It's something new to us really as until this year I've never used lamb apart from mince, we've almost lived on beef and chicken when it comes to main meat for several years.One day I might be more organised...........

Hello - my plan for the week:
Saturday - French onion quiche, smoked salmon and brocolli quiche, HG salad, HG new potatoes with mint; chocolate yogurt cake, stewed rhubarb, cream and shortbread stars.
Sunday - out to Betty's in York for high tea, so cheese/ham, etc for supper.
Monday - chicken pie, new potatoes, salad
Tuesday - chilli
Wednesday - chinese stir fried vegetables with almonds, served with noodles
Thursday - salmon fish cakes, new potatoes, salad
Friday - DH is home, so we'll take him out
Making chocolate and banana muffins, welshcakes and drop scones for breakfast. DD will take leftover quiche in her lunch box.

Tue: Spag Bol and Garlic Bread
Wed: Spanish Chicken and Rice
Thu: Chilli and Cornbread
Fri: Sausage and Pasta BakeSquares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)0 -
sunday.....shepherds pie ,green beans ,carrots ,peas.
monday....bacon and mushroom pasta , garlic bread.
tuesday...chicken tonight ,new pots ,veggies.
wednesday..jacket spuds ,cheese or tuna fillings or both.
thursday..omlette ,chips ,salad
friday....roast beef ,mash ,yorks puds ,veggies.
saturday...whatever takes our fancy .0 -

Mon: Indian veg curry night - either chickpea or blackeyed pea curry, some sag aloo, with homemad yoghurt and roti

Wed: Niciose - Tuna salad
Thu: Chilli , tortilla, salad
Fri: Pasta al forno
Sat: Pizza
