parking fine at kgh hospital

Hi im new to this, and am looking for advise. I have read other peoples parking disbutes and have one of my own. I work at my localhospital and pay for a permit to park there, however on one particular day i was having to go on a all day training course, as it was early and i have a school run my mother used my car to take them and dropped my car off at work for me. She thought she had parked in the correct b1 area but when i returned to my car she had parked just outside it and hence i had a fine. After discussing this with my supervisor i was advised to not pay it as its unenforcable. so i ignored there letter which came a month later. I have had no correspondance with APCOA as i was told not to. Then came the Roxberghe debt letter on the 11th june, again i ignored and 24th june the Graham white letter. Am i wrong in assuming if this was a genuine solicitor they would of allowed the 14days to pay on the Roxberghe letter and must of sent the graham white 11/12 days which hasnt allowed 14 days to pay. However i still havent paid as i think this is unfair. what are my chances of these hillbillys actually taking me to court!

There is a sticky on letter chains and Roxburghe and Graham White are on there.

As you have missed POPLA chance, then keep on ignoring unless you actually get a real set of Northampton court papers. Then you would need to come back.

Hillbillies? Well, since October 2012 the Clamp-its have ceased to have any legitimacy or authority so guess that's a good description.

In my view of the employee's Supervisor told him not to pay and it was a workplace situation then he was acting properly in ignoring it. :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
