Have I worked out my missing wastewater bill correctly?

in Water bills
Hi,
Found out from Southern Water yesterday that they have 'forgotten' to my six-monthly bill, despite Affinity Water having passed them our fresh water charges at the beginning of May. It's going to take 'a few weeks' for them to resolve this.
The chap on the phone sort of explained to me how the bills are calculated, so I've given it a stab. If anyone can critique my slightly confused calculations, I'd appreciate it. It's not the end of the world if I can't work it out, but I just kinda want to know how much our waste water will be:
From end of Nov to beginning of May, we used 18 units of fresh water (actual meter readings).
The chap said they bill at 92.5% of fresh water, plus half the annual standing charges.
I make that 16.65 units x £2.198 = £36.59
The only annual standing charges I can find on their website is for wastewater, surface drainage and highway drainage (these are the only ones SW chap mentioned too). Annually these combined are £54.70, and are referred to as Normal Metered Tariff - sewerage standing charge. So half would be £27.35
That gives us a six month bill of £63.94.
That seems really cheap, especially as our DD was set at £36.80 pm. What am I missing?
The chap on the phone said the account was £260 odd in credit, and said that the bill should be part or all of that - which is why I think I might have missed something.

All correct except the huge error you made in the sewerage cubic metre charge. You put £2.198 and it is £2.196;) So 2 pence less than the £36.59
I always look at the bigger picture!
Are you sure that you should be paying for Surface Water Drainage?0 -
Thanks for the reply - and for correcting the huge mistake
Not sure about SWD. The drainage search showed surface water as draining to a public sewer - I guess that means we are liable to pay?"No society can surely be flourishing and happy of which by far the greater part of the numbers are poor and miserable"Adam Smith6/300
