Hi All,
My wife and I were delayed returning from Mexico to Manchester by 18 hrs. We used the Delay compensation template provided by MSE and sent it away with all relevant information.
A reply was received in 56 days informing us it was a technichal fault to another flight that was outwith there control so no compensation will be paid.
I have now replied to them stating if it was another flight then why is compensation not being paid?
We still awaiting a reply to this from TUI.

I think you'll be waiting quite some time. There's only one way to get your compensation, unfortunately ...0
