Taking Orange to the small claims court

OK, I signed up in March 2008 and set up a direct debit. Somehow the direct debit did not go through and I was never informed, so 2 bills went unpaid before I questioned it (They did not ring me or send me a letter). These were recorded as late payments on my Credit File. I went for a contract with Vodaphone who refused me so I bought my file and found out. I made Orange correct their failings.
I upgraded in March 2012 and moved back to Orange (worst mistake ever). Since then I have had endless problems, including swapables not working, overcharges on bills, double charges for data, direct debit cancellation (again), no UMA, no YourOrange app to track usage, no QuickTap, etc, lack of signal
Making monthly calls to Customer Services to get my bills correct and to their support lines being given no support I eventually gave up. They cut my service off twice as I was paying by card at one point with the Non Direct Debit fee waived as I could not trust them with my account details.
I am running a business and to be without a phone is not good (It is a business contract). I have explained this to them numerous times. They are very difficult to contact and now even the Executive Office does not reply. I have sent 5 emails in the last 2 weeks and received 1 back stating that my issues have been resolved and they cannot help anymore.
Right now customers ringing me are getting "the number you have called is not recognised" message. I have tried to settle this amicably and sent a letter before action. I am now in the process of filling out a small claims court claim for the line rental from March 2012 £600 plus £400 damages due to the above and other issues. I have logs of all the complaints and calls I have made, their admissions of liability and good will gestures of credits on the account.
Which address do I use, their Hatfield Business Park one or one off letters they send in Darlington? or both as defendant 1 and defendant 2?
Thanks

It looks like you sue; Everything Everywhere Limited, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9BW. That's the registered office.0 -
What exactly are you suing them for though? Loss of business? Loss due to credit file error? Bank charges?
I don't mean that to sound funny - just get an idea, specifically.0 -
Were you overdue when they cut you off?
What details didn't you feel you could trust them with? Sort code and A/C number? As a business, you do realise you give almost every supplier those details every time you pay with a cheque?
You might want to tone down the rhetoric before writing that LBA.====0 -

Fortunately my mobile was not atively marketed although I have taken a new contract out I do need this number back.
No bank charges as all Direct Debits paid in full and on time. So inconvenience, lost time, distress due to their inability to provide the service with reasonale care and skill.0 -

Well I do hope you go on to prove that your post was not much more than a bag of hot air, we see so many posts from people 'gonna take on the giants' somehow we never hear of their success in doing so.0 -
If loss of business (or something related closely) is included in your estimate for damages then I hope you're on a business contract (talk of swapables etc makes me doubt this though).
Consumer contracts specifically exclude liability for loss of business.0 -

You're wasting your time and money. You won't achieve what you are claiming and may well end up paying their court costs. Orange are now a despicable company (as I have recently found) but you only fight battles with a purpose and where you can win; this isn't one of those.0 -
