Did you read the responses on 18th April in your own thread. The answer is there.

    Hi,

Thanks - I have just read the responses for the 18th April. It just gives a link to download the transfer form. I have already sent the transfer form to Leeds last week but received answerphone message from them today saying they cannot transfer the money from Barclays/ING because the account I hold with them is a closed issue.

Indeed. Some of us opened this a possible home for Nationwide Flexclusive ISAs, once the bonus rate expired :(

I was one of them - I will still send a transfer form to them though to see their response as it did state in the terms and conditions that you could add to the account during 2013-2014 tax year. But it looks like we will need to look for another isa nearer the date which allows transfers in.

You can add to the account using new money though?, as I did a couple months ago.

    Edit: Or rather last month.
