Ha ha ha - good old G24 - as corrupt as they come !
What is the amount they are asking for and what was the discount value ?
£100, reduced to £60 if paid within 28 days. They are asking me as the RK details that only the driver would have. I've since visited the place and it's deserted during the day and it's a free car park.Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.0 -

Is their signage BPA/POFA compliant and is their wording in line with the POFA2012 and BPA. We obviously have standard appeal clauses, but these are infinitely strengthened if the PPC has failed to follow BPA rules on signage and POFA/BPA wording on their paperwork.
Things to check while waiting for their reply to your 2nd letter.0 -

"Dear Sir/Madam,
In regards to the invoice received with ref number xx dated xx/xx/13, I deny all liability to your company.
If you reject this appeal I require within 35 days a POPLA verification code for me to appeal independently as per Version 2 of the BPA Code of Practice.
I have nothing further to add, and will not respond to any correspondence from your company unless it contains the POPLA code.
The appeal will be deemed accepted if there is no POPLA code on any rejection that you supply within the time frame stipulated above.
Yours Faithfully

Seems self explanatory to me
Version 2 is outdated...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Version 2 is outdated but Version 3 still states that the appeal should be accepted/rejected within 35 days but allows that in exceptional circumstances an investigation into a challenge may take longer than 35 day. As the OP denies all liability the circumstances are not exceptional & no further investigation is necessary.22.8 You must acknowledge or reply to the challenge within 14 days of receiving it. If at first you only acknowledge the challenge, or your reply does not fully resolve it, normally we would expect you to seek the additional information you require from the motorist and accept or reject the challenge in writing not more than 35 days after the information required to resolve it has been received from the motorist. It is acknowledged that in exceptional circumstances, an investigation into a challenge may take longer than 35 days after such information has been received and in these instances the motorist must be advised accordingly and given a date by which they can expect a resolution. If this date cannot be achieved then the motorist must be written to again and
a revised resolution date agreed. We may require you to demonstrate that you are keeping to these times
