    manipulating google, made me 500k in about 6 months with a travel site selling hotel bookings :) Obviously a lot of technical skill involved but I would have to say that was the best time win ratio I have ever had.

    All those building society conversions because they were literally money for nothing.

    Next the privatisations, though you did have to pay more to get in and gain proportionally short term.

    Next the Pep then Isa funds over the last 20 years.

    I used to buy chocolate bars on the way to school back when they were 4 for £1.



    Sold them for 5 times that to hungry kids on the bus.

    I did that with coke cans at school.Unfortunately I had a business partner who decided to drink the profits without telling me.

    First ever lesson in choosing a business partner :)

    It does for me. But I won't answer further questions on it - see my signature. Huge amount of information on the other board, and great people to help you get going with the fundamentals. Like with everything else, you have to use your own initiative, and it often pays to think outside the box.
