barclays faster payments

I've just sent over £80,000 in separate faster payments of £10,000 or less from Barclays (personal account). All payments arrived at their destinations within seconds.0

Just as a test, I had sent £10K from Barclays last night (6:31 and therefore with today's date) when I read this. I have just tried sending a further £1k from Barclays and it went off with no complaints. If the 10K cap on total payments had been in effect, you couldn't do this, since it runs (or ran) from 6:30pm on one (working) day to 6:29pm the next (working day)
Oops. Looks like I was wrong about that because I assumed the daily limit aligns with the definition of 'working day'. The payment I made earlier has limited the amount I could pay out after 6:30 so it must be more like a midnight to midnight thing they operate.
So the advice is it's still £10k online 'per day'......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
