Hi All,

I live in London and been with Tmobile (EE) for over 15 years, anyway for the past few months my recption has got so bad that people can't call me or I can't make calls.

So I called 150 yesterday was informed that they are having huge problems due the mobile phone mast been replaced its been going on since late April , but they do not think that should inform customers and its going to take another 4 months to fix which is unbelievable due to this they gave me half price line rental or i can leave my contract without any charges and also received £30 cash back for the problems.

So my advice if your on tmobile(EE) and have problems make sure you call them and get money back or you can move.

I did this yesterday afternoon.

Hope this helps

What is your usage and what is the monthly bills? There could be cheaper deal somewhere else.
I personally would leave as they agree let you leave without charge. The main problem is who knows if it up an running properly after another 4 months.

Just having a quick look on web. You may need to go for three due to your data usage.

Cancel the contract penalty free, keep the phone (or buy a Nexus 4 outright) and look at Three's new SIM Only deals (unlimited data deals starting from £12.90/mth with just a 30 day tie-in). Job done. But, of course, check the network signal in your area first. As you've discovered having a long contract can sometimes be a pain when something like this happens.
