you do know if its with the bailiffs then there is no 6 years. thats if it never gets to court. you need to sort this debt out. they are claiming that they have a walking possession order on your mail box. they can now add a lot of extra charges lawfully to your account.0

My locks are very secure. But thanks for the heads up. I am going to upgrade even more, thankfully my flat has one seriously heavy duty front door.
So what would happen after the lock smith just can not make entry?
That won't stop a locksmith. If the baliffs call the police, the police are there to support the baliffs not you.0 -

Every time the baliffs call they add the cost on to your debt.0 -
Depends on the debt. I don't think the op has said what this is all about, what court action has already happened, what sort of bailiffs these are...0

Right forum, but you need to start a new thread of your own. If you tag on another thread, people have to read a lot of posts which are nothing to do with your problem, before they get to yours. And then if the problem the thread started with is live, the other prerson's problem gets mixed up with yours.I hope im asking for help in the right place, I`m new to this, does anyone know if the baliff can levy my partners working van, its in his name not the companies name but it is used for his gardening company work, we have paid all of the debt to the council and we are just left with the baliff charges now and I dont want to pay anything that we dont need too, I have looked on the net and I think they are wrong to levy it but Im not 100% sure ?You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
