There is no requirement for the landlords address to be on it.

Could you rent a holiday cottage, static caravan, buy a touring van, tent, travel lodge etc in Ireland for a couple of months?
OK its not ideal, but it could be an adventure fof your kids rather than an upheaval, after all people do a couple of months round europe, OZ/NZ etc for fun.0
