Hi this is my first post, we were delayed on the 22.8.12 from Birmingham to faro unfortunately I cant remember the exact timings and after having checked the flight stats website I can find no record of our flight ZB 422 on that date, I do remember they were very crafty and neither the text or the email sent informing us of the delay were clearly from monarch.
So is there any other way of finding out the timing of this delay?
thanks in advance Alex

Don't matter what flightstats say really, you was either delayed over 3 hours or you wasn't. (Can't you remember that bit?)
So commence a claim with Monarch?0 -
According to the stats, the flight number is ZB402 and not 422. Scheduled departure at 06:25, actual recorded as 06:26. Arrival in Faro scheduled as 09:20, actual arrival recorded as 09:15. The return flight, ZB403, doesn't show any delay (either the same day or the following week). Have you got the dates right?0

Thanks verem, there were 2 flights to faro that day the earlier one was fine , but our later one scheduled to leave around 16.30ish ( sorry I haven't got the paperwork to hand) was at least 3 hours late leaving along with several other monarch flights that day from Birmingham but flight stats is not showing many of those flights. When we finally got on the plane it was an ex first choice plane with a lot more seats than were originally booked for that route and we were told we had been delayed due to monarch taking on new routes and they needed to move aircraft around!0 -
Lexie32 you were on ZB422, details are as follows:-
Sched Depart: 16:30
Act Depart: 20:00
Sched Arr: 19:25
Act Arr: 22:41
The flight made up a bit of time in the air but the delay was still 3h 16m.
The aircraft was an Airbus A320 - Tail Number G-OOPP.
Hope this helps, good luck with your claim!0 -
How did you find out the tail number?0

I have access to a database with the information in.
There's a good website that gives similar information to the public though: antonakis.co.uk/acars.php?page=request0
