testing internet reception issues cheaply?
I have Ovivo and a Google Nexus.
I dropped my phone. It seems to still work..
In some areas, I find I don't get good Internet reception.
I want to know if it's Ovivo network, or my phone.
The only ways to know would be if when i'm in that situation, to then try a different Sim card(the nexus uses a micro sim card), and to try a different phone.
So I need the cheapest phone possible that I can put a micro sim into. and that would give internet access.
And I need a micro sim card that will give me free internet access. I don't want to pay monthly for it.
Ovivo is amazing, free monthly, and really no cost other than the sim.
What are my options then , for the differernt mcro sim and different phone.. for my test.
Thanks

Get a different phone and a handful of free sims from an independent phone unlocker shop and test, or
Get the sims and have them cut down to go in the Nexus, if you can't cut them down yourself most phone shops have a sim cutter and will do them for you.====0 -
I don't see how other sim cards can help.
I think another phone with Ovivo/Voda/Talkmobile sim is needed to compare data connection quality in an a problematic area.0
