Children now over 16 but under 16 at time of delay

Can anyone help, I am about to put in claim for 16 hour delay to punta cana a few years ago. At the time the children were all under 16 but over 16 now. The claim form I have from Monarch has space for claimants under 16 but not very clear if it means now aor at the time. Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I think the OP means do they have to claim separately as they are now adults.
One claim for all the named passengers IMO, irrespective of age now or when the date of travel occurred.0
