I spoke to FOS about 2 weeks ago. I have a pending "goodwill offer" from Barclaycard.
Apparently Barclaycard have a backlog. I was originally told it would take 8 weeks but its now over that. FOS suggested given them another month.0 -
My BC CC offer has finally arrived :j
It's taken 26 months after original complaint sent to BC. Now waiting for the loan to be sorted.0
