just thought i would post we had our written offer today...so not too long hang on in there all you people worrying...0

we've just taken out a mortgage with NW and they were effing useless. took over a month from making the application till getting the valuation done. why not say if they want your bank statement that they need the whole month's and that they need it printed with a web address on. each time we submitted something it took them over a week to come back and say it wasnt acceptable. rubbish.0
