Do any providers reduce price if you don't their modem/router?

Hi folks,

I've already got broadband and several routers and modems but I want to switch provider.

Everyone I look at seems to offer a free (ha ha) modem/router in their fantastic sign-up offer. Obviously I'd be paying for a router I don't want which must add another £30 to their cost.

Does anyone know of a provider who will offer a better monthly price if you don't take their kit?

Matt

Waitrose broadband give you 3 months free if you don't take the free router.

Zaggle broadband could be what you are looking for - you do not need to take a new modem, but they do not reduce the monthly price as it is already quite low
