Private Parking fine 3rd letter recorded delivery

Can anyone tell me if Euro Car Parks Limited has taken anyone to court yet for not paying the fine. I have received 2 letters and a 3rd one recorded delivery. The car was parked on 23.3.13 and have binned the first 2 letters.:mad:

Never taken any one to court over a fine....as they can not fine anyone. Don't know personally if they have ever taken a RK or driver to court regarding an unpaid parking charge notice but if they did it would be very very rare event. If they tried it on with you, highly unlikely, come back here and you will be given a defence that will either chase Euro Car Parks away or you win if they were daft enough to try court. Basically.....don't worry. Continue to ignore.

Where in the UK was the "offence"? (England? Wales? Scotland? Northern Ireland?)

OK, the answer is they tried ONCE and failed! If you want to read the lost case (they were blinded by the amount of fake PCNs accumulated!) here it is::rotfl:

I have ignored ECP myself and you really have nothing to worry about, you just get junk mail threatograms from debt collectors. They admitted in a national newspaper that they don't take people to court as they are 'unsure of the legal position' (and yet they still issue fake PCNS left, right and centre expecting the naïve and the stupid to pay them!).

By the way it's not an offence and not a fine. It's an invoice made to look like a parking ticket. If this was a Supermarket, COMPLAIN about the harassment to the Store Manager (I did, he was a prat but how I laughed when he said he thought it was a real fine!).
