I ordered on Friday through Quidco. Just checked Quidco and it's showing declined

despite receiving an email confirming the order i just had this from ELC:
Dear customer,
We are writing to inform you that we are unable to process your recent
order at elc.co.uk.
You will not be charged for this order.
It has been brought to our attention that a promotion code was used
when you placed this order.
However, this code can only be used by the person who received it
directly from us.
If this code was passed on to you by another third party or was posted
on a third party website
this invalidates the code as it goes against our terms and conditions
policy.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
If you are keen to receive the toys placed in your original order then
you will need to place a new
order, without using the voucher code. This will then be delivered in
our usual timescales.
And don't forget to sign-up to our regular Special Offers email to be
the first to receive news of
exclusive discounts, new toys ranges, in store events and online
exclusives.
Kind regards,
ELC Customer Services
