    'WELCOME Promotion

If you have received an email featuring a voucher code starting with 'WELCOME', this offer is exclusive to you and cannot be passed on to any other third party or distributed online.'

Hmmm -I guess there could be alot of orders being cancelled. .... Shame...

I've ordered products that come to £10 (so, £5 after the voucher). It accepts the coupon on the basket page but then when I get to the Delivery page, it quickly flashes up "Delivery FREE" in the beigey coloured box then it changes "FREE" to £4.95.

I scroll down to the bottom of the page and the voucher has been removed.

I've tried this loads and it keeps removing the voucher code. Does this happen to anyone else?

    Thanks!
    Nic
Hi this happened to me, and i phoned cs, the lady said if i had something in my basket that was on offer it wouldnt work, i had a 2 for £10 items in there but changed it and it went through ok.

I also told her the code and at first she said she'll see if she can find me another one, she never said anythjing about only one person being able to use it.

when this happened last month with John Lewis, I was so impressed with their amazing speed of delivery and the fact that they honoured the orders, I spent £100 with them last week. Money that would have gone elsewhere as I didn't think about trying John Lewis in the past. In fact they have an huge range of things, I'm sure I will be back again.
So I'm sure these glitches work in the companies favour as well.

Looking back on thread, someone phoned CS and I think you can't use the code on another discounted item. So you get 342 or £5 off.

I did the same!!! but they made such a mess of my 'paid for order' i won't ever shop with them again, these freebies are great but the store has to follow through
