I went into the carpark at Watergate bay cornwall as I was a holiday maker lost and there was a lot of traffic behind me. I drove around the carpark and came straight back out.I didn't notice it was a car registration recognition site till later in the week and charges £90. As I drove in and straight back out does anyone know if i'll receive a fine? costly visit to cornwall if so.

1. You can't receive a FINE because no private firm can fine people (unless acting under statutory or byelaw authority, which PE do not).
2. If you do receive an invoice from any PPC UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! you would not pay it so it's not 'costly'.
3. All fake PCNs are a scam. Come back if you get one and we can show you how to appeal it and win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You did not park. You shouldn't get a Parking Charge Notice(aka a fake ticket, a scam invoice). If you did the PPC is breaking a code which it must abide by. Take C-M's advice.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -

If you do get a charge notice, appeal, quoting the relevant clause from the BPA Code of Practice referring to grace periods.0
