It can't work, there's no submit button in the code.
No other way to get round it either, sometimes there's an email in there that can be used..whoever did this was clueless because the form is a ready made one they only had to edit to suit.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I followed babygiants advice and if you have roboform toolbar (i use my name) if you move the mouse pointer over your name you get a box underneath come up which states fill and submit, you will then prob get an error and have to fill in date of birth and accept t&c's but then the submit button is there and it does go through with ...thanks reply
You could always fill in dob and tick t&c's first before fill and submit, that too should work
