Pressing the Tab key reveals the terms and cons, radio button, then click Return key to enter.

Not sure what you mean by this; pressing Tab and Return doesn't do anything for me.

I pressed enter; dint get any sort of message to say my entry was recieved. Did everyone else get the same?

In FF I could not see the two radio buttons below the email field, until I pressed the Tab key, I then, after selecting the terms, hit the return key.

I got no confirmation though.

none of those things work for me. Tabbing through and hitting return in IE9 does nothing, in FF and chrome it simply clears the form.
There is no submit button at all in any browser that I have used.

But hey, what can you expect from a numpty who doesn't know the difference between the words devices and devises. (condition 6 in the T&C)
