Virgin Mobile Increase Prices For Existing Customers.

Virgin Mobile is increasing its contract prices by 2.9% from July for its existing customers.

    2.9%? Well at least they haven't made a !!!! up of the increase like T-Mobile did with regard to current RPI rates.

    Unfortunately, until OFCOM outlaw mid-term increases this is one that Virgin subscribers have to accept.

    i have a letter stating that 'at point of sale we (virgin) agreed to provide you with this contract for the monthly charge of £6.95' so i am going to contest the 2.9% increase as i have nothing in writing to say that they can hike up the costs.

    Good luck but I'm sure it's probably in the T&C's, like it is for all mobile networks.
