Sorry to hear you are having a bad day, sending you a huge (((HUG))). Keep reminding yourself that no day from now on, will ever be as bad as ones you endured whilst you were in the abusive relationship.
You are a strong, independent woman capable of running your own life. You had enough sense of self worth to leave a relationship that was detrimental to you on so many levels. Stay calm and consider that the way you treat yourself sets the standard for others on how you wish to be treated. Don't settle for anything less than respect.The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -

I think possibly someone was just asking why you had a bad day and its up to you if you want to elaborate.
As for someone not experiencing it, none of us know what people have been through really.
Its not easy. Ive been in two abusive relationships, not physically, mentally and it does scar you, but time is the only thing that helps you move forward.0
