Hi
I've just rcvd my egg cc agreement and they told me that I had ppi on it but when I actually applied for it I was off work with RSI and was getting pd from my works insurance, now my question is can I claim. Saying I didn't want or no I had it as I had a brilliant sickness policy from work and I had a pre existing condition
I've not seen policy for ppi so don't no what it covered
Any info would n great tjanks

Trouble is, if you paid any PPI on a credit card it would be itemised on your monthly statement, so it's difficult to see how you wouldn't [STRIKE] no [/STRIKE] know you were paying it?0

Never looked at statements!
If you didn't look at statements, how did you know how much to pay each month.
Taken out on line means you chose to take it out, so miss bought rather than miss sold.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
thanks but I was on direct debit and paid min every month. I still believe I was mis sold as didn't no I had it. I am going to ask to see terms of ppi as think I wouldn't be covered under pre exisiting conditions. thanks for help0

I still believe I was mis sold.
You can't be mis-sold something that wasn't sold in the first place. If you'd checked your statements you would have known you'd had it. Without being rude, you're apportioning the blame in the wrong place here.I am an IFA. Any comments made on this forum are provided for information only and should not be construed as advice.
