Graham White Everything Parking Proceeding with Claim

Hope someone can advise in my situation
The case refers to three tickets issued last year around March in a supermarket car park owned by the landlord we rent a small office from with an allocated parking space. The allocated parking was un available due to road works so we parked at the supermarket during that time and received three tickets.
The advice from our landlord was not to worry about them so we left it but then got endless calls over a long time chasing it. We asked them not to telephone but to put everything in writing which was ignored. We then spoke with the landlord who advised us to write and explain and offer a small payment towards any wasted admin time so we wrote explaining the situation to the owner of the car park management company.
In march We received a letter confirming receipt of our letter and informing us that it was on hold pending review and that they would inform us of the outcome. A couple more phone calls came so we referred to this letter and asked the, to reconfirm it was on hold and being reviewed which they did .a second identical letter.
Out of the blue we got a letter from sobell indicating they were going to proceed with a claim. This was shortly followed by a letter from Northampton. Very concerned at this point I contacted the court and was advised to speak to the owner of the car park operating company to see if it could be resolved and I also spoke with the DCA who confirmed that for their point of view it hadn't even got to that stage and was still on hold. The owner said he would look into it and call back which he didnt so I chased him again and he said again he'd call but didnt. turns out there are also two different DCAs on the case for collection!! nervous of time going I filed a defence with pretty much the info above.
Today I received a letter from Graham White again saying that t,hey had received the defence and wish to proceed with a claim in my local court. Please can anyone advise??
We have communicated, attempted to cover any reasonable costs of theirs and been told to await a reply so have no idea how they can proceed with this
Thank you for any advice
P.s. please tell me quickly if this is too much info - sorry - new here

first of all don't worry, im assuming the court details are genuine, if so you need to file a.defence with the court someone will be along with the correct terminology to use for that defence.
if it's done right most cases are dropped by the ppc.
one question, what parking company was it?
parking eye?
civil enforcement?
our some other entity? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
Appreciate that - it is horrible when these things keep going on....
It is everything parking ltd - not found much in them here0 -
So who is the other dca ? For clarity if its Roxburgh they are Graham White, when you speak to Graham White it's Roxburghe. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

The other one is TNC parking services who are actually being really helpful and friendly. They have def confirmed that, as far as they are concerned it is on hold pending their response so it is Roxburgh that have progressed it0

There is a connection between them and Roxburghe, you are speaking to the same people I thinkWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

You think?!! TNC are notorious in their own right and have previous form for obtaining DVLA data for PPCs which are not AOS members (not allowed to have data).
Now 'Everything Parking Ltd' haven't been an AOS member very long as far as I know. I am wondering if TNC got the data from the DVLA when Everything Parking were not AOS members? If so, that's unlawful. Take off those rose-coloured specs as TNC may have got your data unlawfully which is why you are where you are now.
Also where did they get a phone number from? DVLA do NOT give phone numbers out.
You say this was March LAST YEAR (2012?) so they can only try to pursue their case against the driver. Trouble is I bet you've walked right into it when you wrote in March and with your defence, you've no doubt said who was driving?
Oh dear. You need help from pepipoo to defend this properly and possibly to add new information to your initial appeal if it was written without help. If you sent a weak appeal about 'what happened' and NOTHING about what the PPC have done wrong, the charge being a penalty, etc., then it's possible you will lose in Court.
I wish you had asked for help with wording the defence!! Post here and you should get some urgent help:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60
Please make the dates clear, what happened when (including year)? And how did they get a phone number?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As Coupon Mad has said TNC have history of gaining illegal keeper details. I bet what has happened is they have used TNC before being AOS members then once a member, used Poxburghe!
Three things to do!
1 Email the BPA find out when Everything parking became AOS members?
2 Email DVLA and ask who requested your details and when?
3 As Coupon Mad says get over to pepipoo asap!
Hopefully your defence entered has not done too much damage.
Poxburghe/White do issue claims but he has a habit of not paying the hearing fee or not turning up. Only one I know he turned up at he was sent packing!0 -
