Hi all. Just been contacted by mark from the consumer action group. He asked me to fax all correspondence I have had with my case, which I have done. Just wondered if anybody else has had the call.
Fingers crossed maybe we can still get a result.

Hi everyone. Just got a call from Doreen at CAG. She said they are going to fight it for us all. Excellent news.
She also said out of the 20 people who received their letter only 10 people have come forward.
