Can I get a refund from my florist 6 wks before the wedding?

I said previously that no flowers will have been ordered, so you won't be liable for that, also it is unfair to say that anything wedding costs more, wedding flowers are a totally different grade of flower to everyday ones, and have to be specially ordered, unless you would be happy with supermarket flowers for your wedding.
If she says she has already ordered, ask her for a copy of the order with prices ( which she would have from the wholesaler) and she will be unable to produce this.0 -
Fair enough, the whole amount has been paid. The point still stands though, they can only claim their losses, which will be almost nil at this point.0
