Thanks for the encouragement, I have managed to start windows and now I can see all sites. I still don't know what that message was about, have unchecked 'compress' and 'bit locker'. Thank you for the encouragement.

In compressing the entire system drive (C:), you basically compressed files that are critical to the boot process - resulting in windows not being able to start.0
