Orange Voicemail / Answerphone charges

Revisiting an old moan but...
Orange seem quite happy to charge 35p per minute to access voicemail on their Animal contracts. This is despite their website (Google Orange Answerphone and look at the tab COSTS) stating "With most pay monthly plans, calls to Answer Phone are included in your inclusive minutes. After your inclusive minutes have been used up you will be charged a pence per minute rate in the UK. Costs will vary depending on which plan you're on".
The 35p charge is levied even when using a different phone (other mobile or landline) to access the Orange voicemail system - tried this and got stung!!
Does ANYONE know of a reasonable (read cheap) Orange monthly tariff that includes calls to voicemail?
How about other networks?

Hi,
Any of 'The Works' plans come with inclusive voicemail. This is the case for both handset contracts and sim only deals.
