Littlewoods, BNPL help

  • Hi i wonder if anyone from littlewoods can help me please? I have accidently gone past the bnpl date and have asked for a settlement figure, this includes interest for the future. How can this be so? Why would I have to pay the interest for the future if I am attempting to settle now? I have always paid my bnpl on time and missed this date due to illness. Littlewoods have been far from helpful. Is there anything I can do to reduce the interest if I am able to pay the amount now? Please any help or advice will be greatfully received. Thanks

You have had you interest accruing for the whole BNPL term.
If you pay before it is due, then the interest is not charged. Go over it and the interest is added. Its not in the future, you already racked it up over your BNPL period.
Your story (they will have heard them all not doubt) wont change the terms you signed up to.
Littlewoods want you to pay the interest. Its the aim of drawing you in on BNPL.

Respond to what? You should have it paid off,or pay the interest you agreed to.
its buy now,pay later. not buy now,pay at some point with interest free finance until you get round to it.
