Yes I do, if you prove your case. They told a seller in dispute with me to refund my money, and NARUd him when he didnt. They then paid out via Buyer Protection.
Your bank can provde a copy of any cheque drawn on your account.0 -

Wrong. Paypal will immediately reject the complaint as they dont deal with items not being as described.
Even if they dealt with the complaint - eg if the item wasnt received then they dont freeze the account - only the transaction in question.0
