Yes I do, if you prove your case. They told a seller in dispute with me to refund my money, and NARUd him when he didnt. They then paid out via Buyer Protection.

Your bank can provde a copy of any cheque drawn on your account.

Wrong. Paypal will immediately reject the complaint as they dont deal with items not being as described.

Even if they dealt with the complaint - eg if the item wasnt received then they dont freeze the account - only the transaction in question.
