B&Q messed my dulux paint?

I have had the same issue with a dulux mixed paint from B&Q. I complained to Dulux and got a £15 voucher, but that doesn't really resolve the issue with the colour.

faults in mixing does occur , but not very often , i've only had one in the last 10 years , get a test pot mixed somewhere else and see what that looks like , if it is a mistint then go back and complain
