    Yes, I would say so!

And don't discount getting the Supermarket Store Manager to cancel it by complaining in person as well, do both! Look at all these recent successful complaints:

A two-pronged attack by you is needed IMHO. See who cancels it first, POPLA or Supermarket (my money is on the Supermarket, even if you overstayed or whatever heinous 'crime' made up by Highview, in fact you are NOT guilty of anything if you were a customer shopping that day!).

I'll pop round Monday after work, cheers.

Ammended the appeal to my requirements, the website seems to be down though. After pressing submit the page redirects to an error. Emailed POPLA to see how long it'll take for them to sort it out.

You didn't try to fit the whole appeal in the online box did you? You can't - it cuts it off with an error code. Try again urgently (you are time-bound to use the code within 28 days of the rejection letter date). Instead attach your appeal as a PDF link (with a header on every page with the 10 digit code). Or post it stapled together with a POPLA appeal form at the front (3 out of 4 appeal grounds boxes ticked, just not the stolen car one).

I've got about 10 days left so no rush. How do I upload it as a PDF? What site can I use to host it?

Host it? Dunno, I am not very techy but I would have thought you just type it up as a document (with a header with the 10 digit POPLA code on it of course) and 'save as' on your PC and choose 'PDF'...keep a copy in your Documents or on your desktop. In the word-count box, just start with a one-liner explaining 'please see PDF attached for my full appeal, POPLA please email me if this PDF link is not readable' and then copy & paste the URL of the PDF document.

I wouldn't rely on popla to click on any links, just either send as an email attachment directly to them , or put it into the appeal without any attachments, back it up with a letter and tell them you are sending it in that format as well
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Thanks, POPLA replied and gave me an address to reply straight to with my appeal, so did that instead.

Had a email saying "dear sir/madam, Please find attached the assessors decision in the above case".

Yet there's nothing attached... Am I missing something?

    Yep - the decision! :)

Reply quickly and tell them the decision was not attached and for them to forward it to you urgently.

You won't have a decision until October at the earliest! Email and ask what they mean and to tell you if they have now received your postal appeal seeing as their website was causing an error previously.

Hope they haven't cancelled it if you were outside 28 days?
