Hi

I have been a loyal customer with T mobile for several years and am at at my wits end with the recent issue

I have two lines one for me and the other for my wife, I was sent a Samsung Ace two phone at the end of December and since the last 3 months have had issues with rec and making calls and same with text as she ( As A Beautician) works on with clients the call her on her mobile as we wish not to give our land line number the have not been able to contact for work ava and also applied for jobs in the sam industry

I am tied into 24 month contract and the want £274.00 to close the account and sen me the revlvena info to move to other provider

Why should i have to as the are not providing me with the service and the hand set is faulty and now say send hand set and will send replacement one on or after 5 july

Because this is what they have to do under the SoGA. If the phone is faulty they have to repair or replace it. You can keep getting the services with any other phone meanwhile. Where are your old phones that you had no problems with?

You can ask for a compensation for the days taken to replace/repair, but they have no obligations to offer this.
