Just received an email from Virgin to tell me that my contract is being increased next month by 2.9% p.a. 'in line with the RPI'. As I'm only 3 months into the 2 year contract, I feel irritated. Worth complaining to Virgin?

As Grumbler says check the T&C's in your contract.
If there is a clause which states they can raise the cost in line with inflation, then no, it's not worth complaining.0 -
