if its just the dns issues have you tried changing it to googles 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 - I remember sky had a wobble a fair few months ago - i changed mine to this and not had any issues every since.. can usually change these settings in the router..0

If you do decide to change at the end of the contract, don't forget they will want a months notice or you will be charged for it, also you will have to send back the router and whatever else they sent you although they do pay the postage.
So make a note in your diary if you decide to change.0 -
Yes you may be asked to send router back .
But you also may be told you can keep the router .
Followed by a we want our router back email .
